Zovo Group Calendar
A calendar your group subscribes to once and that stays up to date.
Zovo Group Calendar turns a schedule into a calendar people subscribe to. Give the events (with weekly repeats if you like) and you get a page that lists what is coming up, with buttons to subscribe in Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar. When plans change, tell ChatGPT. Changed and cancelled events update in everyone's calendar app on its next refresh.
What it does
- 1 to 200 events up to a year ahead, with times or all-day, places and notes
- Weekly repeats with skipped dates (holidays)
- Subscribe links for Apple Calendar, Outlook and Google Calendar
- Change or cancel events from the chat; cancelled events stay visible as cancelled
- Standard iCalendar feed (RFC 5545) with time-zone data, so weekly times stay right across daylight-saving changes
- A public page that lists upcoming events at phone width, light and dark
Try asking
“Make a subscribable calendar for U12 soccer practice, Tuesdays 17:30-19:00 at Riverside Park until Feb 23, Europe/Berlin”
“Cancel practice #1 on Dec 22 in my team calendar”
“Show my group calendar”
Limitations
- Events can be up to one year ahead; the page and feed run until a week after the last event, then end
- Calendar apps refresh subscribed feeds on their own schedule (Google about every 12 to 24 hours)
- Weekly repeats only; one time zone per calendar
- No reminders, emails or sign-ups
